This includes, but is not limited to, behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, or abusive in nature particularly actions or language rooted in sexism, racism, or any other form of prejudice. 

KAIFANGS reserves the right to deny service or remove individuals from our premises who engage in such conduct, in order to protect the dignity and well-being of our staff and patrons.

KAIFANGS is committed to the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Alcoholic beverages are only served to guests who are of legal drinking age and who are not visibly intoxicated.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any individual at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

• A guest is unable to provide valid identification;

• A guest appears to be intoxicated or is behaving in a disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe manner;

• Continued service would breach responsible service guidelines or pose a risk to the safety and enjoyment of other patrons or staff.

Our team members are trained to exercise this discretion respectfully and in the interest of maintaining a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all.
