Buffet terms & conditions

Dining Duration: Guests are kindly reminded that each table sitting can only be used for a maximum of
1hr 45 mins. Management reserve the right to have guests release their table in order to accomodate other
or pre-booked reservations.
Late Arrivals: We allow for a fifteen (15) minute grace period for late arrivals. If we have not been informed
of any delays in your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your booking especially where there is a conflict
with a later reservation.
No-Shows: No-Shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation charge
of £20.00 per person.
No Sharing: Food from the buffet is for buffet paying guests only and may NOT be shared with non-buffet
diners. An additinal charge of £30.00 per person will be applied for those in breach of the terms.
Takeaways: Leftovers or uneaten food may NOT be taken from the buffet. Guests who breach this policy
will be required to settle their bill in full, leave the premises, and may be refused future service.
Wastage Policy: A surcharge of £10.00 + VAT per person may apply for excessive food wastage to
encourage mindful dining. Please order appropriately and consult with our staff on portion sizes if you have
any concerns.
Course Limitations: Please note that only the mains course can be ordered multiple times. The remaining
courses are served once only.
Unlimited Mains Course: Guests are welcome to enjoy unlimited servings from the mains course section.
However please be advised that a wastage policy is in place.
Child Guests: Guests aged twelve (12) years and over are charged at the adult price. We reserve the right
to request age verification if required. Please assist our staff if required to do so. If you are unable to
provide verification when requested we reserve the right to charge adult pricing at the time of dining.
Service Charges: A discretionary Service Charge of 10% is added to all dine in bills.
Outside Food & Drink: Guests are not permitted to bring in and / or consume any food or beverages
purchased outside of the restaurant.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the buffet menu, guests confirm agreement with the buffet terms
and conditions.

At KAIFANGS, we are committed to providing a welcoming & enjoyable environment for all our guests and team members. While we strive to ensure every guest has a positive & memorable experience, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that disrupts the experience of others.
This includes, but is not limited to, behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, or abusive in nature particularly actions or language rooted in sexism, racism, or any other form of prejudice.
KAIFANGS reserves the right to deny service or remove individuals from our premises who engage in such conduct, in order to protect the dignity and well-being of our staff and patrons.

KAIFANGS is committed to the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Alcoholic beverages are only served to guests who are of legal drinking age and who are not visibly intoxicated.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any individual at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- A guest is unable to provide valid identification;
- A guest appears to be intoxicated or is behaving in a disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe manner;
- Continued service would breach responsible service guidelines or pose a risk to the safety and enjoyment of other patrons or staff.
Our team members are trained to exercise this discretion respectfully and in the interest of maintaining a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all.
